OBS update 30 -> 31 "breaks" 7tv in RU

30.2 - РАБОТАЕТ. 31.0 - НЕ РАБОТАЕТ.

Might be because of the CEF update in OBS 30 -> 31. Presumably it added support for ECH or some other protocol or mechanic blocked in RU.
