Improve formatting of help menu

The current method is quite ugly, and will get even worse if more commands are added. Better to fix now.

modules --> List all modules in modules directory. To execute a module enter exec MODULE_NAME.

pry --> Drop into a local Pry session.

rm --> Delete a local file.

sessions --> List active sessions.

target --> Select or show targeted session.
