Closing this as #5861 removed both Android TV and iOS TV clients.

This isn't related to `Change form factor` but to `Hide Shorts components`. For some reason hiding Shorts shelves hides headers as well.

I think this is because under `shorts_shelf.eml` comes `modern_type_shelf_header_content.eml`, and thus hiding any unwanted header as well. I don't know if it's possible to avoid this though. Or it could...
