Content-State via the Web Share API?

A new spec coming out of the Web Apps WG in the W3C is the Web Share API:

https://www.w3.org/TR/web-share/#api-definition

The target of the share is not defined in the spec, but there is an API for sharing files/data/URLs from one context to another.

We should consider a protocol section about using this API to share a content-state annotation.

Given the discussion about the support for web-share and the timelines for both, I propose to defer until 1.1

Propose transfer, noting that web-share is now in CR: https://www.w3.org/TR/web-share/
