Reference foundational content from specs

Search 2.0 will be alignment, then 3.0 for new features. Search 2.0 can refer to Prezi 3.0 Section 4 for foundational concepts. Before or with Search 3, we will update prezi 3 to be 3.1 and make a new section for foundational concepts to be referenced from other specs. We realize that this makes Prezi as the core spec, but ... it is.

Auth 2.0 can follow the same pattern. Change Discovery 1.1 can refer to Prezi 3.1, and Content-State 1.0.1 (1.1?) can refer to it (as there's very little overlap) Image 3.1 can refer to Prezi 3.1.
