Documentation for using the MEA Solvent Column

There is no documentation on using the MEA solvent column and the different config settings and expected range of convergence for different parameters.

The MEA column model is still a work in progress and documentation is not yet ready. WE plan to add documentation once the model is completed, however that will likely not be for a few months.
