can u publish latest version EXE ? win32 or win64

Would be nice to get the packaged 32/64bit versions as actual releases (without needing to clutter up the repo files with it) https://github.com/IBMa/AccProbe/releases

This issue is over a year old. What is the current status? I would like to use AccProbe on a 64-bit system but I do not want to build it myself. Your instructions are too complex.

I would build it if the instructions were open a solution in an IDE and just build. But there appear to be multiple steps.
