3rd-party redis service unavailable

Near the end of June, several 3rd party services were removed from the IBM Cloud catalog including the Redis Cloud service. Compose for Redis could stand in as a replacement: https://console.bluemix.net/catalog/services/compose-for-redis but may need a little extra instruction on how to unpack the credentials URL that comes with Compose for Redis into the credentials environment file.

Note that this is a not a lite service, but the Redis Cloud service also required a paid account for deployment.
