localize (actions.follow): follow activities instead of follow xy

Hej-hej,

can we have a default value that relates to follow activities instead of “You follow xy”, because that’s what I’m really doing: follow the activities and not the very person itself, right? See https://github.com/Human-Connection/WebApp/blob/f4f008c5a70584b6a699558d1b0815305518ecee/locales/en.json#L411

Proposal: "You now follow the activities of {name}" "You no longer follow the activities of {name}"
