Enforce trailing slashes for internal links

SEO tools are often confused if urls don't match the canonical url (even if it is just a trailing slash)

We want to consistently set all urls with trailing slashes (/)

Are you using the Astro trailingSlash option set to always? When doing so, you should get an error for content links missing a trailing slash while also ensuring that Starlight generated pages do the same.
