Add support for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages

Puter currently does not have built-in support for RTL languages, which can make the interface difficult to use for RTL language users.

We need to add support for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages to Puter to improve accessibility and usability for users of languages such as Arabic, Kurdish, Hebrew, Persian, and Urdu.
