Catch-all issue for storage meter when `is_storage_limited` is false

A PR was merged to address removing storage limits for self-hosters; this issue is tracking the immediate next-steps.

Possible improvements of note:

• [ ] ability to detect/configure which storage device is being used
• [ ] show drive capacity instead of available space

It would be nice to optionally be able to show how much of the used space is used by Puter vs used by the host OS.
