Admin Dashboard for puter

Hi, this issue is very vague, can you elaborate more on what you're expected? We do want to add settings that only the admin user has access to (by default) for user management, and we want to add a GUI to manage permissions for all users. I imagine these would be part of the Settings window rather than a separate dashboard.
