Open data format does not match walkthrough

The schema of this table is the same as what we used in our walkthrough example

I looked at the Wiki data, and found that the data format for dependency paths is actually not the same as walkthrough right now. In opendata, dependencies are separated into dep_label and dep_parent while in walkthrough it's a collapsed format. There should be a tutorial on how to transform the data.

Sorry for the lack of update there.

The Wiki, BHL, PLOS are updated to the correct format. BMC and PMC will be updated ETA before Wednesday (Usually couple days just to copy a data set to the Web server).
