admin console service does not start, Debian 11 fresh install

Fresh install of Handyhost on fresh install of Debian 11, install throws various warnings and exceptions but says it completed successfully. Handyhost systemd module starts successfully, with some exceptions about a circular dependency in the status.

sudo lsof -i -P -n | grep LISTEN

does not list the expected 8008 or 58008 ports listening. localhost:8008 and https://localhost:58008 respond with connection refused.
