Glitches in notification

In notification are for me (on Windows 10) some graphic glitches.

Please, see attached screenshot of notification bellow (glitches are marked red):

This seems to be a styling issue that is only visible on Windows. What you see is the scroll bar, or at least parts of it...will take a look at it.

The scrollbar looks good on my Windows 10 machine with JDKMon 17.0.6. The other one is no glitch, it is because of the scroll pane, so you can scroll within the notification (which does not really make sense but it is possible).
