Getting No Right error while the push Kit is enable in AppGallery

E/HMSSDK_HmsInstanceId: TokenTask failed, ErrorCode: 800100000

HCM token get token failed, com.huawei.hms.common.ApiException: 907122036: no right

The reason why it shows "no right" is he push right is not enabled. Please refer to this document to know how to open push right on App Gallery Connect.
