Question: Per item image in `page.meta.image` with relative path

Hey,

I have included this plugin today into my site (thank you for that, pretty happy with it :hugs: ).

I populated the page.meta.image in all my sites with a relative path. Would it be possible to not only prepend the site_url, but also fill in the relative path? Otherwise I'd have to use absolute links, which I wanted not to in case I'd have to rename something :thinking:

Sorry for the delay, I work on this side-project from time to time, mainly when I have free time to develop, review, get paid for or have a particular need. So I select the issues I want to work on and try to stay focused on them.
