Bear form was added to trainers in https://github.com/The-Alpha-Project/alpha-core/pull/658

Gameobjects have been despawned in https://github.com/The-Alpha-Project/alpha-core/pull/604, correct display_ids for `Defias Renegade Mage` and `Defias Profiteer` are still missing.

I investigated this long time ago and it seems to be a client related issue.

 For the record, screenshot from back in the day showing no requirement for Rank 1 talents.
