Trigger PR CI from every branch in the .releaserc.json file

We need to run the ci for all the branch that is in the .releaserc.json file, now we just put fixed branch name here.

@binondord we can test this by create PR against v2, that's the alpha channel for v2 branch we are using, so when we do that (PR), should run the CI
