Should it just go to the home screen or close Vanadium and remove it from the list of recently used apps.

TBH I don't see a reason for both. One or two swipes vs. one swip and two taps.

I think it should remove vanadium from the list of recent apps, close it, and close all tabs, if the user doesn't have close tabs on exit turned on.

Guys, I will second this request. This might sound silly but adding Exit button does, indeed, make it a lot easier to use.

It might be just a habit as all other browsers have it and we instinctively trying to use that method, but it is a really useful feature.
