Upgrade from Laravel 5.3 to Laravel 7.0

BlogMVC upgraded to Laravel 7.0

I started to upgrade version after version but the most efficient way was to reset to the latest version Laravel 7.0 and recode the blog.

Branches to select framework's version can be cool but I don't know how to do.
