If that does not work:
Try deleting the sqlite file.
Then python manage.py makemigrations, and python manage.py migrate.
Finally, in "CHAIN" section on the front page, click "Start" and let the program rebuild all blocks.

ok.......Thanks ill try this. If its possible can u lets us know how the public and private keys are generated for each voters. Or its working.
The private and public key pair is used only in "BLOCK" section of the simulation. The ballot is encrypted using private key, broadcast to the network, then decrypted using public key. In real life, you are supposed to submit your public key to the voting organizer e.g. Indian government or something like that, before the voting event begin so you can verify your key safely.
The public-private key encryption is omitted in the "CHAIN" section to speed up the simulation.
I wrote a scientific paper on this, hopefully I can share it with you on Feb 1.

How did you solve this problem? I also have a 404 error and don't understand why. Do we have to create 10,000 transactions for the blocks to be generated?
