What's the best way to "restart"?

I messed around with my config quite a bit, and I now have multiple variations of tags on synced task. What's the best way to restart the whole syncing process? Just delete the tasks synced by bugwarrior? I guess fool-proof way of finding them all would be the uda-s?

I discovered that there is a replace_tags option you can put in general, that can help with this.
