compute/cloud-client test(s) are failing

Description

After the dependency upgrades in #8919 one or more tests under compute/cloud-client fail in Java 11 (sponge) and Java 17 (sponge).

Failures are different in Java 11 and Java 17. Based on the errors along it is hard to identify the concrete reason for the failures. The logs show the errors in the following test classes:

• compute.custommachinetype.CustomMachineTypeIT
• compute.SnippetsIT
• compute.InstancesAdvancedIT
