Show information about current bugs for a feature

@atopal did you have anything in mind for this? Do we want to do show any bugs related to a feature, or only ones that prevent a feature from being Baseline? We could get an unreviewed set of bug links from BCD, but I'm not sure what the quality and consistency is going to be like.

Originally, we were thinking of tracker bugs, but bugs that prevent a feature from becoming Baseline makes sense to me. Re the tracker bugs: I'm assuming we'd need to add some way to identify them in the bug trackers. Maybe we can start with Chromium issues? When it comes to interop bugs: I'm guessing BCD is the right place to keep track of that, or is there an alternative?
