suggestion: center drag handle in first line of multi-line blocks

Currently, the drag handle is centered to multiple lines

It looks like the convention set by other outliners, like in Remnote and Dynalist, is to center the drag handle icon only on the top line

I went back and forth on this and the reason I did what I did is because it’s the most reliable for covering as many themes as possible. There were all sorts of wonky issues I had to deal with only looking at first line and setting it the way I do now it was the most reliable.

Interesting, out of curiosity, what were some of the issues? And would it be possible to have as an option?
