GitFiend not on NixPkgs

This is out of scope as I don't have the time or think I could do a good job with it atm. I also didn't have a hand in the AUR, Homebrew and Flathub versions.

@Mcmartelle if you want it packaged in nixpkgs, create an issue at https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs

We prefer to build from source, so instructions to do that would be helpful including full source code with git tags for releases. That will also help with the other repositories.
