Use teahouse

This mainlines the change from nostr-tools to teahouse, and updates the commit used of the latter to fix a few early compatibility bugs.

Back when I last checked this PR it was promising for performance but broke several features. Now master moved on and the PR has several merge conflicts with severe issues around the introduction of a SharedWorker I suspect. As the introduction of the SharedWorker did fix some performance issues but teahouse still was many times faster, I would love to see this adapted to the changed master with bugs fixed but I'm not sure if the library is feature complete now.
