[Bug]: [Sometimes] Recording duration is not updating in message composer.

Actual behaviour

The recording duration is stuck when user plays the previous voice note while the current recording is in progress.

Expected behaviour

When user play already sent voice chat, during voice recording. Voice recording has to pause

Steps to reproduce

1. Start recording.
2. Play any already sent recording.
