Add React Native / Expo tabs to Getting started guide

Motivation Our current getting started guide. We have tabs for yarn vs npm , but I think it will make more sense to have tabs - React Native vs Expo instead. I think npm/yarn is pretty obvious stuff

Proposed solution Add React Native vs Expo tabs for all relevant steps, remove npm and keep yarn only

Acceptance Criteria Installation and configuration steps should be included for both RN and Expo

RN and Expo parts are now apart from each other. The work here is to combine the 2 into tabs and reduce duplication. 2 installation steps and optional dependencies are different, and 3 code blocks duplications.
