Scatter won't open in my version of Linux since 10

I've been hoping that successive updates would eventually work, but none of them do. I use the AppImage file, which has been great until Scatter 11. It seems to install just fine, but when I try to open it nothing happens. So I delete it and go back to 10, which works fine. I keep up with updates to my OS, which come fairly regularly. It's adapted to Librem computers, called PureOS. Any ideas?

I had the issue where Scatter didn't start since version 11 with ubuntu, you can try these command line sudo ./linux-scatter-11.0.1-x86_64.AppImage --disable-gpu --no-sandbox

Try getting Scatter 12 and seeing if that works better. Let me know!

That's the closest i've been to make it work, this time it shows scatter blue splash during a few seconds and it looks like it's gonna work

But then it sows this message

Do you think this is something I could get around?

(linux-scatter-12.0.0-x86_64 on Debian 9.11)

Try getting Scatter 12 and seeing if that works better. Let me know!

Thanks @nsjames , I loaded it and checked for it to run as an app, but when I try to run it nothing happens at all now.

This didn't really matter a lot for awhile because 10 continued to work for apps. But now it's starting to fail and won't even let me send tokens, for some reason. It won't log into EOSAuthority for me to use their wallet or functions either.

Using the latest ubuntu and Brave, Firefox and Chrome...cannot connect to bloks.io and other various dapps. Opened dev console and have some errors...
