Chrome extension import missing some keys

Two concerning reports of separate users today who imported a backup file from the Chrome extension but didn't end up seeing all the accounts that were in the extension.

For one user it only imported 1 out of 3 accounts, and for the other only a handful out of 60+(!) accounts. Unfortunately both users dont have copies of (most of) their private keys so they are fully dependent on this backup file.

Is this a known issue in any way? So far I have only heard of fully corrupted backup files that completely failed to import, but never a partial import like that. Which leaves me with hope that this is something that might be fixable in some way.

If there is a way to fix or work around optimally we could get back to these users (see above links) and help them recover their keys.

This sounds like it might have just had a problem importing the accounts themselves due to network conditions, or perhaps even our accounts API being out of sync.

Do you know if those users are able to see those accounts linked to the proper key on an explorer?
