In trying to claim my WAX Protocol, I keep on getting the red error "Please make sure Scatter is installed and running" on the WAX ALL Access page. I installed Scatter 11, followed all instructions, was able to send in my WAX ERC20 to the specified address, and have received the confirmation that I have successfully exchanged my ERC20 for Wax Protocol, with the approriate balance in the web page, but with the error claiming I have not opened scatter, which i have.

If you're on Windows, can you try downloading the 11.0.1 patch release and seeing if that fixes the problem?

@nsjames -- I have downloaded + installed the patched version, but I'm still stuck with this same message.

Any ideas?

@daniel-packard Make sure WAX Blockchain is toggled on under Networks.
