Some apps can still be detected even after it's hidden

Steps to reproduce: 1: Download Google maps 2: hide Google maps 3: check if Google maps Is hidden using any app

Expected behaviour: Google maps is hidden

Andriod version: 11 Samsung one UI 3.1

Is it possible that other apps are not detecting Google Maps, but other apps are using the Google Maps SDK？Besides this, is there any other app that can't be hidden?
