[FeedBack] Closed tabs re-appear in greyed out state

Description

I delete tabs using the "trash can" icon, but those closed tabs re-appear when I open link map later.

Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

Hide link map and then reveal it again. The greyed out tabs I closed are back - as if I never deleted them

Expected behavior

tabs that are closed should not reappear
