Rework and fix InstallChecker

@Gameslinx i would like to note i had to edit the SigmaReplacements:Skybox check out of the InstallChecker since it doesn't seem to be working right currently, i will create another pull once i figure it out ALSO, i did add a few debugging things, which i will edit out once i figure out a few things about CS
