generating a monthly "bank" statement

some users have ask to get a statement. I guess this would be useful if you need to show some proof of income/assets to get a mortgage.

currently we have a .csv, but this is not very "official". so we should also have the ability to generate a .pdf I guess that include customer name if the customer had done verification.
