Correct syntax for HAT with external power?

What is the correct syntax for a HAT which, on the contrary to typical HATs, supplies power for the Raspberry Pi? Your readme mentions 'external' but neither power: external nor

power:
  '2':
    mode: external

work for me.

Any hints please?

We've not got any framework for this yet, so I'm not quite sure how to communicate it.

For now it will suffice just to document '2' as being required and mention that it supplies power in the body text. We can then figure out how to best document HATs that supply power.

Bearing in mind that supplying power doesn't have any meaningful impact on pin clashes, but it does mean that if the Pi is also powered then a board wired with jumper jerky, for example, could omit the power wires.
