Conversion subfolder handling

Thank you for this awesome tool! But can you help me with my situation? I have projects with thousands of textures inside hundreds of subfolders. .\images .\results works great, but sadly it works only with the top-level folder and ignores files in subfolders. Is there a way to use compressonator cli to convert folders and subfolders?(And it would be awesome to recreate folder structure in the results). Also is there an option to not append "_tif_BC3"(for example) with folder conversion?

@RidiculousDeath Thank you. This is a useful feature and is scheduled for development. Unfortunately it will not be available in the current release scheduled for v4.1 next week. Plans are set for the change in v4.2

For v4.2 An option to turn off default suffix will be provided along with a setting for including subdir mapping into destination folder.
