Country page: update date not provided but open data criteria is okay?

In the case of https://dev.riskopendata.org/dataset_details.html?keyds=413, there is no date provided but the dataset is considered as OK about the "Is the data provided on a timely and up to date basis?" question.

Thanks for pointing to this,

I reviewed and updated metadata but I think the issue is more about: Should we accept YES for up-to-date when there is no date provided?

I will let this issues open then, as I would like to ask our colleagues from Open Knowledge what is their view on this.

Understood.

Sometimes I feel adding "Not Applicable" or "Not provided" as choices would reflect a more accurate information, in addition to "Yes" (available) and "No" (definitely not available).
