Output Device Hotkey previous settings not visible after sign out / restart

I have my hotkeys set to something different than the default (F4) and while they are still functional, they are not reflected in the settings after a sign out / restart.

What do you mean the registered hotkeys are not reflected in the settings? Are they not listed in the bottom combo box? F4 doesn't represent the registered hotkey for the selected device, it's just a suggestion to what hotkey to use.

The hotkeys work, but after the app is closed / restarted, selecting an "Output device" no longer list those registrations in the "Hotkey" field. This makes it appear that they have to be registered again.
