Install flakes on a VM too much time for install?

I'm installing flakes on a VMware Fusion virtual machine on macOS (I'm using a MacBook Pro 15-inch mid, 2015) and it's actually taking a really long time to compile the files. Is this normal? I'm uploading a screenshot.
