Single Hotkey to Open 'Menu' Radial

Describe the addition you'd like If more than 1 menu is selected in the options menu, provide an option to have a single hotkey open a 'menu' radial wheel that has a sector for each of the checked menu items. When a menu item was clicked/moused-over the cursor would reposition to the center of the wheel and the 'normal' wheel for the selected menu item would be displayed to be handled as configured.

Sorry, but I feel like this is adding complexity for its own sake. If someone is interested in making a PR for it, I might consider it, but I am not going to implement this feature myself.
