dash detail cards for drops and traps [bounty: 30 XTR]

Right clicking a hex that has a drop and/or a trap should open dash showing cards for both, explaining their effects.

Cards for drops would show stats and masteries along with modified values (in green or red), in the middle showcase the pixel art scaled up with bicubic interpolation so that we can see the pixels properly (no blurring), have name under it, "Dropped by unit_name" text below (and down the road we could also include other possible effects).

Cards for traps should show the trap scaled up & name under it, "Created by unit_name" text below & showcase the ability.
