prioritize fatigue status effect over fragile
The Fatigued status should be prioritized over Fragile, because Fragile is a fancy way of saying 1/1 endurance pool, while Fatigued means being at 0/x. Fragile status log should only happen the first time the pool is reduced to the minimal value.
