Discord social games integration

Should integrate the game with Discord, allowing you to easily match and play with others from project's Discord server. This relies on having online multiplayer feature first. I've revamped the issue, adding tutorial + video. Should be poked at after having online multiplayer feature.

The Phaser stuff requires a binary launcher, which is rather meh... the new Discord SDK might allow avoiding that sort of stuff with many other cool features, once it gets a mobile version though -> https://github.com/FreezingMoon/AncientBeast/issues/2668
