revamped Electrified Hair

Impaler's Electrified Hair passive needs to get revamped, as it's quite strange right now, making unit very OP versus Dark Priests: It should ensure successful meditation, even if fatigued, while the upgrade would actually double meditation when not fatigued.

This would also put an end to a semi nasty exploit with the ultimate, as Impaler would pretty much be able to fixate and spam a single target, as Chain Lightning would arch back and refill part of the energy cost back, which should encourage using it properly.
