[Bug]: `Theme Settings > Expand side bar by default` causes visual issues on smaller desktop/tablet screens

Describe the bug
- Enable
Settings > Theme Settings > Expand side bar by default - Decrease window width to above our mobile break point (ex: 730px)
- Notice that all content gets pushed down

Expected Behavior
Screen content should not be pushed down and should appear beside the side nav

I noticed that in the clip Expand side bar by default was enabled but the side bar wasnt expanded. You had to manually disabled and re-enable it for this issue to occur

@efb4f5ff-1298-471a-8973-3d47447115dc I'm no longer getting it around 730px. In your screen recording, it is called Theme while in mine it was called Theme Settings which could be why it's behaving differently now.
I'm still able to reproduce this issue but at a less noticeable range (seems to be 681-685px)
However, if I enable that setting then go to general settings and decrease my screen size to 768px then I also get that issue:
