Adding Profile Picture/emoji option to General/Profile Settings

Is your feature request related to a usage problem (not a bug)? Please describe. At present, to differentiate the profile, just the color picker and the profile name initials are used. personally, it doesn't look well-presented and odd. It would be good to have different pictures or emojis (like entertainment symbols, etc.) for each profile to better differentiate the profiles.
